MADISON SHIRLEY
Executive Director
Madison was born in Virginia but has called the Bluegrass her home since the age of five. A WKU graduate with a degree in healthcare administration, Madison’s passion for serving seniors began with her involvement in Senior Smiles and continued through her membership in Companions of Respected Elders.

LOIS JUSTICE, RN, MSW
Director of Resident Services
Having lived in several states, Lois has called Kentucky her home for the last 8 years. She has over 25 years of experience in health care with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. Her experience has been in the hospital setting, home care, and in senior living.

DIANE FRANCE, RN
Director of Memory Way
Born and raised in Northwest Ohio, Diane has called Kentucky home for the past nine years. She has over twenty-five years of management experience working in health care, hospitality and public service. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed working primarily with the senior population and their families. Diane is a graduate of St. Vincent School of Nursing and remains an Ohio licensed Registered Nurse. Her passion is to serve, inspire and bring joy to others.

CHEF TANYA PRIDDY, CCACF
Director of Culinary Services
Born and raised in Kentucky, Tanya found her passion for cooking at an early age and pursued her Food and Hospitality degree from Sullivan University. Tanya has had the privilege to work in her field with some of Kentucky’s finest chef’s, that have helped nurture her culinary path. Tanya is extremely passionate about the food and restaurant industry and believes that dining should be a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable experience.

JAMES COLLINS
Director of Life Enrichment
Born and raised in northern Kentucky, James started working part-time with Magnolia Springs in 2013 in the Life Enrichment department before becoming the Director of Life Enrichment in Lexington. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University and a Masters of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

RONNIE ADAMS
Director of Plant Operations
Born and raised in Belleville, Michigan, Ronnie has always had a love for the Bluegrass State – his father is from Pikeville. He and his wife moved to Hustonville, Kentucky in 2016 where they currently reside. Ronnie has over 29 years of Building Maintenance experience, 26 years being at The University of Michigan in the Residence Halls. Ronnie believes in the importance of building relationships and is passionate about creating a space that is in excellent working condition.

TIFFANY SAWAF
Director of Community Relations
Tiffany grew up in Kingsford Michigan in the Upper Peninsula and later moved to Kentucky where she has resided for the last nine years. Tiffany graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Business Marketing degree. She has over eleven years in the residential housing industry and has been a provider of housing for the greater Lexington area at many premiere properties.
