Meet The Team

LAUREN SWORD
Executive Director
Lauren Sword was born and raised in Richmond, KY, and graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in social work. Since 2005 she has worked and volunteered in the Skilled Nursing environment, most recently as the Administrator at Signature Healthcare at Tanbark Rehab and Wellness Center.

LOIS JUSTICE, RN, MSW
Director of Resident Services
Having lived in several states, Lois has called Kentucky her home for the last 8 years. She has over 25 years of experience in health care with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Indiana University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas. Her experience has been in the hospital setting, home care, and in senior living.

CHEF TANYA PRIDDY, CCACF
Director of Culinary Services
Born and raised in Kentucky, Tanya found her passion for cooking at an early age and pursued her Food and Hospitality degree from Sullivan University. Tanya has had the privilege to work in her field with some of Kentucky’s finest chef’s, that have helped nurture her culinary path. Tanya is extremely passionate about the food and restaurant industry and believes that dining should be a relaxed, fun, and enjoyable experience.

JAMES COLLINS
Director of Life Enrichment
Born and raised in northern Kentucky, James started working part-time with Magnolia Springs in 2013 in the Life Enrichment department before becoming the Director of Life Enrichment in Lexington. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehead State University and a Masters of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.

TIFFANY SAWAF
Director of Community Relations
Tiffany grew up in Kingsford Michigan in the Upper Peninsula and later moved to Kentucky where she has resided for the last nine years. Tiffany graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Business Marketing degree. She has over eleven years in the residential housing industry and has been a provider of housing for the greater Lexington area at many premiere properties.

AMANDA NEAT
Assistant Director of Life Enrichment
Born and raised in Lexington Amanda’s roots are strong in Kentucky. She graduated from Henry Clay High School and was a member of the nationally-recognized Marching Band and Colorguard. Growing up she was also very active in dance and dance competitions.

BECKY HASSLOCH
Business Office Manager
Becky was born in Effingham, Illinois, but was raised in Northwest, Indiana (She’s a Region Girl!) She met her husband in college and after they married, they moved to Kentucky and after 25 years she now considers Kentucky home. Becky graduated with a degree in Christian Studies with a minor in Early Childhood.

MOHAGANY WHITE
Director of Memory Care
Mohagany White is a native of Lexington, KY and was proudly raised by her hard-working single mother. She graduated with a degree in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Family Studies from Eastern Kentucky University. From the time Mohagany was a child, she knew she wanted to help and serve people. Mohagany joined the Magnolia Springs family in 2018 as a caregiver in assisted living and memory way, all while working on her degree at the same time.

ADAM TOLLE
Director of Plant Operations
Adam Tolle has a wealth of experience serving others. He is currently a part-time firefighter and EMT and has worked in senior living in plant operations and as a contractor and has a strong manufacturing background. Adam grew up in Cynthiana, KY and still lives there with his wife Jordin and three wonderful children, Bekkett, Blake and Mason.
